The Jimmie Hale Mission greatly appreciates caring people like you who give to help homeless, hungry and hurting men, women and children in our area. The Mission receives gifts in several ways.

Several of the homeless men who have received sandwiches from the Sack Lunch Express have ended up becoming residents at Last Chance Recovery Center, which has operated for 24 years and charges residents who are employed $95 a week for a bed and small living space.

The Mary Lind Recover Center wants to work to make men and women dependent on welfare and alcohol to become parts of society and self sufficient. Through recovery, education and job training, lives can be reshaped and sobriety can be maintained.
